Your grand idea won’t have legs of its own. The people who you work with- who will be actualizing that vision will mobilize it. They ARE the legs.
Relationships matter; they are built on trust and strong communication. It’s not just message to the bosses, ideas do and SHOULD go upward, too. Again, relationships - meaning open and trusted communication- needs to be invested in and built in all directions.
