BLUE GRIT

Improving police performance and team culture

Blue Grit was a project born out of a passion to help police officers develop and grow through critical mindset, personal leadership, and tangible resilience.

What started as a blog and social media with health tips became an international concept, helping first responders and community members uplevel personally and as a team.

Blue Grit Founder, Eric Tung

Eric Tung, a police officer since 2007, currently serves as a police commander and wellness coordinator in Washington State.

He shares his continual lessons learned in leadership, wellness and team dynamics through his weekly newsletter, Blue Grit Radio: the Police Performance Podcast, and speaking and training engagements.
